If the guy hacking your 360 is smart everything is stealth.
As long as you keep your mouth shut and not go around telling everyone your 360 is modded on Live your good to go.
Only way you can get caught is if you start dling torrents because some of them might not be stealth and that can cause instant ban.

In Mass Effect 1 unlocking Insanity mode and not having a level 60 character to beat it with using New Game Plus it would have been damn near impossible.
So hopefully this Mass Effect will actually take Skill in combat and not just the 50second emptying of bullets towards a Krogan.
1080p isn't an obstacle.
FULL 1080p is.
And I highly doubt there will ever be a Full 1080p retail game on the market this generation.

I'm really enjoying this game.
